From there, I’ll put together a custom floral proposal tailored to your wedding, including a detailed estimate and design direction. Once you’ve had a chance to review everything, we can collaborate on any feedback or adjustments needed to make sure the proposal feels right for you.

If you feel we’re the right fit and love what we’ve created for your vision, the next step is to pay your retainer and officially secure your date on the calendar. From there, we can look forward to bringing it all to life!

Once the plans are in place, the behind-the-scenes work begins. I’ll fine-tune your color palette, thoughtfully select the floral ingredients that will bring your vision to life, and source blooms from local farms and growers around the world. As the season approaches, I’ll coordinate orders, track availability, and make thoughtful substitutions when needed to ensure the final designs feel cohesive and true to your vision.

There’s plenty happening beyond the flowers, too. I’ll prepare the hard goods, mechanics, vessels, and other materials needed for your designs, while coordinating the logistics that make everything come together seamlessly. Every detail is considered well before your wedding day, so when the time comes, all the pieces are ready to come together.

In the days leading up to your wedding, the flowers receive just as much care as the designs themselves. Each stem is carefully processed, hydrated, and conditioned to ensure it’s at its best for your wedding day. I’ll monitor blooms as they open, sort and prepare each ingredient, and make sure everything is ready to be transformed into your final designs.

When the day arrives, every arrangement is handled with care from the studio to the venue. I’ll oversee the careful transport of your flowers and thoughtfully install each piece, paying attention to placement, scale, and all the little details that make the overall design feel complete. From the first stem processed to the final finishing touch, every step is intentional so you can walk into your wedding and see your vision brought to life. description
